At NYDHI, we stand behind every product we sell and assist customers with all manufacturer warranty claims.
Please review the warranty guidelines below carefully before submitting a claim.
Manufacturer warranties apply to all products sold by NYDHI, except shuttlecocks.
Warranties cover manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only.
Warranties do not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse, mishandling, or neglect
Accidental or impact damage
Unauthorized modification or repair attempts
The warranty relationship exists between the manufacturer and the end customer.
NYDHI provides after-sales support (invoice verification, communication assistance) but does not issue refunds or replacements for manufacturer warranty cases.
The manufacturer’s decision regarding approval or denial of any claim is final.
Coverage: 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Not Covered: Accidental damage, broken strings, or normal wear and tear.
Resolution: If the manufacturer confirms a defect, a replacement racket frame (same model or equivalent) will be provided.
Important: Do not cut or remove strings before inspection — doing so voids the warranty.
Processing Time: Typically 3–4 months for the complete process, including shipping and inspection.
Shipping: Customer ships the racket directly to the manufacturer.

Coverage: 1-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
Covers: Manufacturing defects in stitching, sole bonding, or material workmanship.
Not Covered: Normal wear, outsole abrasion, or moisture damage from play.
Resolution: Replacement or repair determined by the manufacturer after inspection.
Covered only for manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zippers, stitching defects, or defective grips).
Normal wear, fading, or string breakage from use are not covered.

Shuttlecocks are not covered under manufacturer warranty, as they are consumable items affected by humidity, usage, and storage conditions.

Do Not Alter the Product — keep strings, tags, and packaging intact.
Pack Securely using original packaging whenever possible.
Ship to Manufacturer using a trackable courier service.
Include Documentation: invoice or packing slip.
Allow 3–4 months for the full process (shipping + manufacturer inspection + decision).
NYDHI guarantees the lowest price on every item we sell.
If you find a lower advertised price within 5 days of purchase, we’ll refund the difference.

Sold by an authorized U.S. retailer.
Price must include shipping and taxes.
