Loyalty Program

The NYDHI Rewards Program (“Program”) allows customers to earn and redeem reward points on eligible purchases made at nydhi.com. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Enrollment

Participation in the NYDHI Rewards Program is free.
Customers must have an active customer account to earn and redeem points.
Each customer is allowed only one rewards account.
NYDHI reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation at its discretion.

2. Earning Points

Customers earn 1 reward point for every $1 USD spent on eligible products.
Points are awarded only after an order is fulfilled.
Points are calculated before taxes, shipping, discounts, and fees.
Points may not be earned on excluded products or services (see Section 3).

3. Eligible & Excluded Products

Eligible Products

Unless otherwise stated, points may be earned and redeemed on:

Badminton rackets
Badminton shoes
Apparel
Bags
Grips and accessories

Excluded Products (No Points Earned or Redeemed)

Points cannot be earned or redeemed on the following categories:

Shuttlecocks (all brands, grades, and pack sizes)
Stringing machines and related equipment
Badminton court mats, flooring, and installation items
Services, including but not limited to:
- Stringing services
- Customization or labor charges
Clearance items, heavily discounted products, and select promotional bundles
Gift cards and store credits
Taxes, shipping, and handling charges

If an order contains both eligible and excluded items, points will be calculated only on eligible products.

NYDHI reserves the right to exclude additional products or collections from the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.

4. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed only for rewards displayed within the Rewards widget.
Rewards are subject to availability and may change over time.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared or combined between accounts.
Reward redemptions may not be combined with certain promotions unless explicitly stated.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If an eligible purchase is returned or refunded, the corresponding points will be deducted from the customer’s rewards balance.
If points earned from a purchase have already been redeemed, NYDHI reserves the right to deduct the equivalent value from the customer’s account or cancel the reward.
Orders fully refunded will not earn points.

6. Referral Program

Referral rewards are issued only after the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase.
Self-referrals or abuse of the referral system are strictly prohibited.
NYDHI reserves the right to revoke referral rewards in cases of misuse or fraud.

7. Account Misuse & Abuse

NYDHI may suspend or terminate a rewards account if we detect:

Abuse of the rewards system
Fraudulent activity
Multiple accounts created by the same individual
Violation of these Terms & Conditions

Suspended or terminated accounts may lose all accumulated points without compensation.

8. Points Expiration

Reward points currently expire annually from date of purchase.
NYDHI reserves the right to change point expiration policies in the future with notice.

9. Program Changes & Termination

NYDHI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time.
Changes may include point values, reward structures, eligible products, or redemption rules.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

NYDHI is not responsible for:

Technical issues affecting points balance or redemption
Errors caused by third-party systems
Delays in points posting due to order processing or fulfillment issues
