Return/Cancellation Policy

Returns Overview

NYDHI offers a 30-day conditional return policy for most products, except badminton shuttlecocks.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days from the order completion date.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers payment-provider fees, inspection, repackaging, and return-label costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to a NYDHI error (such as a wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost, and the restocking fee will be waived.


How to Avoid Payment-Provider Fees

To receive a full refund (no merchant-fee or restocking deductions for cancellations), we recommend using our Direct Payment Option β€” β€œSave 5% using Zelle / Venmo / Check.”
This method is 100% secure and widely used by our repeat customers.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for items that are new and unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Products showing any signs of wear, use, or opened packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.


Condition Guidelines

Rackets

  • Must have the manufacturer’s plastic wrap on the handle intact, with all original stickers/tags attached, and include the original cover.

  • Custom-strung rackets (strung by NYDHI upon request) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as stringing is a customization service.

  • Rackets ordered unstrung but later strung by a third party are considered used and not eligible for return.

  • Factory-strung rackets may be returned only if the handle wrap remains intact and strings show no signs of use or wear.

All Other Items (Except Shuttlecocks)

  • Must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all tags or stickers intact.

Badminton Shuttlecocks

  • Shuttlecocks are not eligible for return due to performance sensitivity and quality-control standards.

  • Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis β€” please contact info@nydhi.com for assistance.


Return Authorization Process

  1. Contact info@nydhi.com within 30 days of your order completion date.

  2. You’ll receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Code (RAC) along with a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Ship the product back using the provided label in a secure box with all original materials included.

  4. Clearly write your Order Number or RAC on the outside of the box.
    Shipments without a valid code may be refused and returned to sender.

  5. All return shipments under NYDHI’s label are insured for transit protection.
    Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.


Exceptions

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@nydhi.com.
We will issue a prepaid return label and send a replacement or refund promptly at no cost to you.

Shipping Errors

If you received the wrong product, we’ll provide a return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email info@nydhi.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders paid by credit/debit card are subject to a 5% restocking fee (to offset non-refundable merchant and processing costs) if the order has not been shipped yet.

  • If your payment has not yet been captured, we will issue a full refund.

  • Orders paid via Zelle / Venmo / Check are fully refundable with no fees deducted.
