1. What is your return policy for rackets?
Rackets can be returned within 30 days only if they are unused, unopened, and the manufacturerās plastic wrap on the handle is fully intact. The original cover and all tags must be included.
2. Are custom-strung rackets returnable?
No. If NYDHI strings a racket at your request, it becomes a customized product and is final sale, even if unused.
3. Why canāt I return a custom-strung racket?
Stringing alters the racket from its factory condition, making it non-resellable as new. All major brands and retailers follow the same policy.
4. My strings look uneven or slightly misaligned. Is this a defect?
No. String movement or uneven spacingāespecially with textured or hard-feeling strings such as BG80 Power, BG80, or BG65Tiāis normal. Strings may shift during shipping or tension release and can be straightened manually.
5. What qualifies as a defect?
A defect must be a clear manufacturer issue confirmed by NYDHI or, for Yonex rackets, Yonex USA Warranty. The following are not considered defects:
- String movement or misalignment
- Minor cosmetic alignment variations
- Tension feel differences
- Grommet marks from normal stringing
6. How do I submit a warranty claim for Yonex rackets?
All structural defect claims for Yonex rackets must be evaluated by Yonex USA Warranty in California. NYDHI will guide you, but the final decision is made by Yonex.
7. What items are not returnable?

8. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless NYDHI confirms a defect before the return is shipped.
9. How can I avoid merchant fees on returns or cancellations?
Use our Direct Payment Option (Zelle / Venmo / Check) to avoid credit card merchant fees and restocking charges.
10. How do I request a return authorization?
Email info@nydhi.com within 30 days of your order completion date. You will receive instructions along with a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
Free Shipping: Orders with 150$ and above are eligible for free shipping. Exceptions apply on few products for free shipping. No minimum required.

Yonex provides one year Manufacturer Warranty for all Rackets purchased. This warranty covers Manufacturer defects only and does not cover accidental damage. String breakage is not covered under warranty. As such, it is NOT 100% guaranteed that a claim will yield a new Racket. For situations where Yonex decides that a racket has a Manufacturer defect,Yonex USA will provide a new racket (frame only). Customer will ship the racket to Yonex USA if the racket is purchased from Nydhi. Please do not cut the string as this voids all warranty. The entire process usually takes approximately 3-4 months.
Victor Badminton Rackets
Victor provides one year Manufacturer Warranty for all Rackets purchased. This warranty covers Manufacturer defects only and does not cover accidental damage. As such, it is NOT 100% guaranteed that a claim will yield a new Racket. For situations where Victor decides that a racket has a Manufacturer defect, Victor Canada will provide a new racket (frame only). Customer will ship the racket to Victor Canada if the racket is purchased from Nydhi. Please do not cut the string as this voids all warranty. The entire process usually takes approximately 3-4 months.
NYDHI Ascend Limited Warranty
NYDHI warrants the Ascend against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase.
If a manufacturing defect is found, NYDHI may replace the product or provide another appropriate resolution after inspection.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, outsole wear, abrasion from dragging, damage from misuse, improper fit, accidental damage, cuts, punctures, excessive court use, or deterioration caused by improper care.
For damage reported immediately after delivery, customers should contact NYDHI with photos before using the shoes.
